The hotel has a very central location, making it an excellent base for exploring Charlottetown. I was pleased with my neat room equipped with a help-yourself breakfast, mini fridge, and direct access to the outside. The check-in process was quick, and I appreciated the option for a late check-out.

Location. We came to see the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and it was easy to get to the city core from the hotel.Staff in the morning were very gracious and helpful

There was no tea or coffee in the room. There was a coffee maker and several packets of napkins, sugar, etc. but no coffee.

Staff advised us of the CHOICEprivileges Rewards Program which we joined.At a previous stay at a Comfort Inn we were not advised of the program.The Breakfast Hostess was very friendly and the food was great. We enjoyed our stay.

The food here was really good, they had a bunch of different options to choose from. When it came to the rooms, they were in great shape - like new - and they were taken care of really well. Each room even had a TV, a comfy sofa bed, and a door that went straight outside. 🌟

Noisy A/C

Really enjoyed the place, had a nice stay on vacation. It had marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to stores, gas station and a tims, restaurants and other retail establishments and Charlottetown for an event at UPEI. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 25 mins walk from the hotel.

Plentiful breakfast options including hot dishes and freshly made waffles, yum!

had to be on the second floor with no elevator. Not good for a bad back.

The location was ideal for what I came to Charolottetown to do. It was easy to find and it's proximity to shopping and other facilities was second to none. The staff were very accomodating to my daughters basketball team.

The room we stayed in had a modern design and included a mini fridge and coffee maker, with convenient access to the outdoors; the hotel's location was fantastic and extremely easy to locate from the airport.

Bed very comfy, shower very powerful.

Friendly service, convenient location, comfortable room, great breakfast, really good coffee. Plus my husband woke up with the flu and they let him sleep until 1:00, no extra charge:)
